On two levels, this villa sleeps 8 with 4 bedrooms on the upper level.
The entrance is gated - leading into the private garden and pool area.
On the ground floor, the hall leads to the salon, dining room, utility room, kitchen and downstairs cloakroom.
The salon is spacious with patio doors to the terrace. The villa has a TV  and all the bedrooms have air conditioning .  The dining room and kitchen are separate - the kitchen is fully fitted, bright and modern with hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave and fridge freezer.
The downstairs utility room has a washing machine.
Upstairs the master bedroom has an en-suite shower room and air conditioning. There is another double bedroom, a twin room and a room with bunk beds.  ALL BEDROOMS HAVE AIR-CONDITIONING. Here there is a separate shower room.
This villa is modern and bright - within a short walk to the shop, restaurant and bar. In the La Sella complex there is horse riding and tennis.
The garden has a covered terrace , sunbeds, BBQ - the swimming pool is 8 x 6 mts

This villa is 3 minutes walk to the small local centre with a pharmacy, supermarket and a bar/restaurant.

There are many good walking routes locally but generally speaking, guests will need a hire car.
