On the 1st level there is a double bedroom and a separate bathroom. The kitchen is fully fitted, with oven, hob, fridge freezer, microwave, coffee machine.  There is a small utility room and washing machine and a washing sink.
Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms, one twin room with doors to a patio. The master bedroom has a terrace with views to the Montgo and an en-suite shower room.
The garden and pool area is beautiful, totally enclosed with  trees, flowers and shrubs. There is an intercom/ locked gate, so children are very safe.
Prices include linen, towels, beach/pool towels and a starting kit of dish washing liquid and washing tablets.  Golden Port apartment has air conditioning throughout, sun blinds, flat screen TV with English French, Swiss, Spanish channels and DVD. Wifi is by means of a fibre optic connection.
Parking is easy outside and the fabulous Port is within walking distance with it's many shops, restaurants, beach bars and beach. If needed a private parking garage is available at €50 per week, payable on arrival.
Also, within a 5 minute drive is the lovely sandy Arenal beach, here you will find supermarkets, banks, bars and fabulous restaurants with views over the pretty bay.
