Vacation Villas has been managing holiday rentals for owners of quality villas and apartments in the Costa Blanca areas of Javea, Denia, La Sella and Pedreguer since 1999, successfully adapting to a rapidly changing marketing environment and client base during this time.
With a long established and easily locatable office in La Xara (between Javea and Denia), our English, Spanish and French speaking staff have the benefit of many years’ experience in the rental business in this area, and are on hand 24/7 to deal with any problems that may occasionally arise.
We offer our owners:
- Extensive marketing via our own website and via many other international websites such as:
- .homeaway.,.abritel.fr;.kyero..thinkspain. to name but a few
- Extensive photographs and comprehensive description of the property – with the option of an extra photographic package upgrade
- Administration: initial client contact, securing of booking, taking of deposits and balances, sending of booking confirmations and directions, monthly owners’ statements
- Keyholding and key collection for clients at our office
- Supply and laundry of all linen, towels and tea towels for both our own rentals andwhere we key hold
- Changeover cleaning
- Local and villa information booklet, maps,
- 24 hour contact numbers for clients
- Troubleshooting, arranging of repairs, replacements etc as necessary with owners’ prior approval
- Prompt owner payments, monthly in arrears
