Area Info

Denia is a resort on the Costa Blanca where we have villas to rent set in the countryside and some apartments by the sea. It is an old castle town with a shady tree-lined main street where you can shop and then eat in tapas bars or restaurants. Just off from this street there is even an Irish bar if you like Guinness! The beach stretches from Las Rotas up the coast to Las Marinas. Spend some time in the port, watching the world go by whilst enjoying a coffee or a drink. Or why not visit the famous tapas alley where you can enjoy the flavour of Spain.

La Sella

The exclusive, quiet residential area of La Sella, 10 minutes’ drive from Denia, has a vast selection of holiday rental properties, from one bedroom apartments to five bedroom villas with pools.

Renowned in the golfing world for La Sella Golf Resort, golf enthusiasts can enjoy a 27-hole round of golf, take improvement golf lessons or book a beginners golf lesson at the professional golf academy. All of this before relaxing at one of our luxury La Sella rental villas or apartments within walking distance of the golf course.

Whilst enjoying a holiday rental property in La Sella guests can also enjoy a relaxed game of tennis on the nearby tennis courts, horse riding at the Equus Riding Stables on the La Sella urbanisation, a luxury spa treatment at the 5-start Marriott Hotel and peaceful countryside walks in the national park of the Montgo mountain, which is 5 minutes away.

Rent a villa in La Sella and you’ll never be far from something to do on your Costa Blanca holiday. The cosmopolitan lifestyle and sandy beaches of the lively Spanish town of Denia are only a short drive away and the traditional Spanish culture of the village of Jesus Pobre can be found minutes from La Sella.

Javea has long been a favourite resort for villa rental holidays. It is very pretty and is made up of the Arenal, the port and the old town. The Arenal has a long sandy beach with many restaurants and bars, and on the beach it is possible to rent sun loungers and parasols. The port has many shops and pavement cafes overlooking the sea. The old town with its local bars and narrow streets is also worth visiting. Most of our villas to rent in Javea are set in the surrounding hills or close to the golf course.
