Casa Historia is an extremely well equipped villa, it has 3 bedrooms and a private pool. the house is just 500m to the sea and 10 Kms to Denia town centre by car. The upper floor has a kind of studio flat presentation, with its own terrace, kitchen and bathroom . There is an external patio /laundry room, bbq place . Great for cyclist or sea sports , or just chilling out. Right next door (100 mtrs.) is the bar/restaurant La Perla Negra. Why mnot take a trip into Denia to visit the port with all it´s bars and restaurants or take a stroll down tapas alley, where you can try all the local dishes.
